BalanceKids - Inclusive balance bike sessions for children aged 5+ with additional needs

BalanceKids returns this Saturday at Moredon Sporting Hub. These supportive sessions are designed for children with autism, ADHD, and those who would benefit from developing balance, coordination, and movement skills in a calm and encouraging environment.

🚲 What to expect:

• Sessions adapted to suit individual needs

• Lightweight balance bikes provided – no stabilisers needed

• Small group sizes for a relaxed and supportive atmosphere

• Expert coaching to help children progress towards pedal bikes

• A fun, confidence-building space where every child can learn at their own pace

💬 Balance bikes are a brilliant way to develop motor planning, balance and coordination – particularly for children with sensory or developmental differences.
